Our client, an international law firm is seeking a Receptionist to support its HK office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general receptionist and administrative duties
- Handle telephone calls and general customer enquiries
- Greet visitors and customers
- Manage conference room bookings
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Perform ad hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years receptionist experience in professional firms/MNCs is required
- Fluency in English is a mustÂ
- Well presented with professional telephone manner
- Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Immediate availability is a definite advantage
