Our client, a large high end retail chain company is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to join their HK office.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

·     Handle A/R transactions and maintain data accuracy in the system

·     Responsible for daily store reconciliations and transaction report

·     Prepare credit and debit notes transactions

·     Prepare debtor statements periodically

·     Take care on inventory physical count

Job Requirements:

·     Diploma in accountancy or equivalent

·     At least 4 years experience in handling daily reconciliation, settlement and debtor reports

·     Experience in retail/chain store is essential

·     Hands on experience in dealing with reconciliation outstanding reports in a must

·     Good skills in using Sun-system is a advantage

·     Independent and able to work under pressure and overtime
