Education Manager (High-end Fashion and Luxury Brand)

An international reputable retailer is now lookoing for a Education Manager to manage the training program and execute a series of training activities.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop training and development plan for the front line staff
  • Impart brands’ concept and philosophy to all sales personnel and store management
  • Develop tailor made sales training materials for existing and new product launch
  • Implement training programmes including product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service, personal grooming to upgrade the frontline sales personnel
  • Pay regular counter visits to provide on-site inspection and field coaching for sales team
  • Conduct “Customer Workshop” for the target customers

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma education in Training and Development or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 2 years retailing and training experience in the cosmetics and fragrances business or luxury products
  • Proven track record in product training, field coaching and retail operation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and grooming standard
  • Strong communication skills in English and, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Frequent travel within the Greater China region
