Our client, a high end luxury brand is looking for a Boutique Manager to join their sales operations.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Brand Manager and General Manager
• Manage a team of sales staff to promote design watches and jewellery to customers
• Responsible for boutique P&L
• Ensure stock availability and its accuracy
• Work with Visual Merchandising team for in store display
• Verify day-end cash reconciliation
• Coach sales staff for selling technique and product features
• Handle tailor made order where it is needed

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in any discipline preferably
• Minimum 10 years working experience gained from designer watches / jewellery / luxury jewellery retail a MUST
• Knowledgeable in complication watch
• Possesses professional qualification e.g. GIA
• Strong sense in leading a sales team to achieve and exceed company targets
• Excellent client relationship
• Ability to make suggestions to client and encourage buying is an advantage
• Excellent speaking skills in both English and Chinese are necessary
• Less experience will be considered as Jewellery Advisor
