Our client, in international law firm is actively looking for a Foreign Legal Consultant/Senior Paralegal to join their corporate team in HK.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a proper filing managemnet system for IPO and M&A transaction for US and HK/China regions
• Conduct legal research, dual diligence and SFC filign and documentation
• Handle interview and attain meeting wiht clients in HK and China
• Assist in preparing and coordinating ad-hoc projects
• Handle translation and drafting on a regular basis
• Provide full spectrum legal support to Partners and Associates

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Law with at least 2 years experience in corporate finance areas within international law firm
• PRC lawyer qualification is required
• Exposure in FLC wiht international law firm is a definitely advantage
• Native Mandarin speaker with fluency of English is recommeded
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is highyl desirable
• Able to work under pressure and over-time
