Our cleint, a American based high end luxury brand is looking for a Shop Manager to join their perstigious shop in HK Island.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Lead sales team to achieve sales taget

Maintain the shop operation and condition on a daily basis

Liaise with Regional Sales Manager to improve sales volumn and targets

Manage sales staff roster and shift

Reallocate manpower for the shop in peak seasons and boom period

Provide attentive customer care to customers

 

Job Requirements:

F.5 or above with at least 6 years experience in retail espcially in high end fashion or jewellry brands

Good presentation and management skills

Good command of English and Mandarin is recommended

Immediate available is a defintie advantage
